L-Phenylalanine is converted to the amino acid tyrosine in the body, and is absorbed better than this. Tyrosine is used in turn to produce catecholamines, excitatory neurotransmitters including epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine. These three neurotransmitters promote alertness, memory and muscle coordination
Solaray L-Phenylalanine was obtained by a natural process of microbial fermentation.
How to use: Take one capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach
Composition: Each capsule provides:
