Orders are prepared Monday to Friday from 9am to 19pm except holidays. Orders received after 19pm will be prepared the next business day.

If we get a lack of stock of a product we will inform you and we will give you a new deadline. If it is not possible to serve the product we will refund your money.

Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday from 9am to 19 hours.
We send your orders to the delivery address you specify. Please note delivery times and costs indicated in the following table for each destination:

If your order exceeds the weights listed we will contact you to inform you the shipping cost.
Missed deliveries
We deliver by courier and by mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery of your order, the courier will leave a card with a reminder to you to contact them directly and arrange a new delivery date during business hours or to change the delivery address. In the case of delivery by post, also if you are not home to pick up your order or your order may not be delivered for some reason, you will receive a card with the information collected.

Normally you can pick up your order at your local post office or arrange a new delivery.



BCN Pharma guarantees you the possibility to cancel an order without any cost as long as we communicate at a maximum within 12 hours since you made the order. After this period of time, you have to wait for the order to process the return. Return shipping costs are paid by the client in this case.


If you receive a different product than we asked for, we will pick you and exchange it for the correct no cost. We make every effort to avoid errors.


Returning Order 

You can return you order if you are not satisfied with it. In order to do that, you have to notify us within 14 working days since the date of receipt. We can not accept returns after that time.

To return a product, contact us at the customer service section. We can not accept returned goods damaged, open, without their original packaging or seal. For this reason, we checked products returned prior to refund. We can not accept returns made due to freight.


Shipments outside Spain
In some countries rates apply to the entry of foreign shipments. Please check the customs fees in your country. International shipping costs do not include import tariffs in the event that your country applies them. If so, the costs of tariffs will have to be paid for by the recipient of the goods.

We ship worldwide and have had very few incidents, but we can not be responsible for the late delivery of detained by Customs or the corresponding tariffs. Ask us if you have questions.


Buy online and pick up at the pharmacy.
If you live in Barcelona, you can pick up your purchase at our store and save the shipping cost. If you choose this option, please indicate in your order. Your order will be ready in a few hours. We will notify you by e-mail to pick it up.

For the collection of the order, you must present you personal identification and the e-mail of confirmation of the order.

For deliveries by courier, you can track your order via the Order Status website at any time, every day of the week.
