What is EfaGold® Coconut Oil?
EfaGold® Coconut Oil is an extra virgin pure coconut oil obtained directly after the first pressure of coconut fruit (Cocos nucifera). Without any mixing.
What makes EfaGold® Coconut Oil different from other coconut oils?
- It is a Pure Extra Virgin Coconut oil this aspect is very important as it should not contain another refined oil or mixture of oils.
- Does not contain genetically modified organisms (Non-GMOs)
- Being Pure Extra Virgin Oil this oil is obtained the mechanism of Cold pressing, without using solvents like hexane guaranteeing its total purity.
- Has not been refined, mixed or diluted with other oils has also not been unbleached
- DO NOT contain trans or hydrogenated fats.
Composition of EfaGold® Coconut Oil:
Contains 62% Medium Chain Triglycerides (TCM).
The fatty acids that make up the TCM are:
- Lauric acid 47%
- Caprylic acid 7.5%
- Capric acid 6.4%
How to use your coconut coconut oil
Coconut oil can be directly consumed a teaspoon of 1 to 4 times a day.
It can be used to spread bread, toast, biscuits.
It can be added to dressings for salads or shakes.
It can be used for cooking in place of butter, margarine, butter or other cooking oils. But always in we advise that not reach high temperatures during the cooking. You can use baking or frying at temperatures up to 176ºC. (We recommend it best to use it in raw, although we see that it can be cooked)
