How to use:
1. Open the vial (Mico-Vial) by the marked and eating area. Shake before using.
2. Remove the capsule (Mico-Extract) the package and eat with a little water.
RDA (during the first week): 1 Mico-Extract + 1 Mico-Vial / 24 h. Take on an empty stomach before breakfast or lunch (or as prescribed). Shake before using.
RDA (second week and later): 1 + Mico Mico-Extract-Vial / 12 h. Take on an empty stomach before breakfast and dinner (or as prescribed). Shake before using.
If you are already taking mushroom extracts:
RDA: 1-Vial + 1 Mico Mico-Extract / 12 h. Take on an empty stomach before breakfast and dinner (or as prescribed). Shake before using.
Recommendations for greater absorption: preferably administered on an empty stomach. Wait 10 minutes before eating any food.
