Tribulus terrestris is a native of Bulgaria, having been used for centuries in Europe for the treatment of infertility and impotence and as a stimulant to increase libido and sexual development in both males and females. It has also proven beneficial in the treatment of ischemic heart disease. POSSIBLE INDICATIONS:-In men: impotence, decreased libido, testicular hypertrophy, disorders in the semen analysis, hypercholesterolemia, decreased stamina and energy in athletes. -In women: infertility, endocrine disorders, menopause. ACTIVE: The fruits and roots of Tribulus contain important active ingredients such as phytosterols, flavonoids, alkaloids and glycosides, steroid saponins furostanol type with a predominant amount of protodioscin (not less than 45%) appears to be the one that produces the clinical related to the sexual sphere. These active components exert a stimulating effect on the immune system, sexual and reproductive, with increased muscle development, stamina and endurance.
