Black cohosh or black cohosh has estrogenic principles. Its main action is on relaxation and regulation of the female reproductive functions. It may be useful in treating pain and disorders in menstruation, ovarian cramps and spasmodic pains in the uterus. It also presents a regulatory effect on the levels of female sex hormones and can be used without risk to regain normal hormonal activity. It also acts as relaxing the nervous system. It is very useful during labor, as it encourages uterine activity while calms nervousness
Use: Take one to four capsules a day, preferably between meals
