Ingredients per vial (10 ml): purified water, organic extract of Ganoderma lucidum, Grifola frondosa extract organic, organic extract of Agaricus blazei, Myrciaria dubiaecológica, Polyporus umbellatus extract, agave syrup and natural aroma.
Ingredients per capsule (514 mg): Polyporus umbellatus extract; vegetable capsule.
How to use:
1. Open the vial (Mico-Vial) by the marked and eating area. Shake before using.
2. Remove the capsule (Mico-Extract) the package and eat with a little water.
RDA (during the first week): 1 Mico-Extract + 1 Mico-Vial / 24 h. Take on an empty stomach before breakfast or lunch (or as prescribed). Shake before using.
RDA (second week and later): 1 + Mico Mico-Extract-Vial / 12 h. Take on an empty stomach before breakfast and dinner (or as prescribed). Shake before using.
If you are already taking mushroom extracts:
