If your order exceeds the weights listed we will contact you to inform you the shipping cost.
In some countries duties and taxes are imposed to the entry of foreign shipments. Please check the customs fees in your country. International shipping costs do not include import tariffs in case your country applies them. If so, these costs will have to be paid by the recipient of the goods.
We ship worldwide and had very few issues so far, however we are not responsible for the late delivery of goods detained by customs nor for the corresponding duties. Contact us if you have any questions.
We prepare your orders from Monday to Friday from 9a.m. to 7p.m. (excluding holidays). Orders received after 7p.m. will be prepared the following business day.
In case we do not have one or more products, we will contact you and give you a new delivery time. If we are unable to help you, we will refund your money.
We send by courier and standard mail. If you are not in at the time of the delivery, the courier will leave you a card with contact details to arrange a new delivery date during business hours or to change the delivery address.
In the case of postal delivery, if you are not home at the time of the delivery or your order cannot be delivered for some reasons, a card with collection details will be left for you. Normally you can pick up your order at your local post office or arrange a new delivery.
If you cannot pick up your package after several delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. Do not worry, we can ship it back to you. You only have to re-pay the international shipping costs.
BCN Pharma guarantees the possibility to cancel an order without any costs as long as you let us know within 12 hours max. after you ordered. After this period, you have to wait for the package delivery to return it. In this case, the return costs are charged to the customer.
If the delivered product is not what you ordered, we will collect and exchange it for the correct one with no additional cost. We make every effort to avoid mistakes.
If upon receipt of your order you are not satisfied, you can return it if you inform us within 7 working days of the delivery date. We can not accept returns after that time. To return a product, contact us at the customer service section. We can not accept the return of products which are damaged, open, not in their original packaging or without their seal. For this reason, we checked the returned products before the refund. Please note that for returns we do not accept carriage forward shipments.
Buy online and collect in the drugstore
You can buy on our website and collect your order in our store, in this way you can save shipping costs. If you choose this option, please point it out in your order. It will be ready in a few hours. We will notify you by e-when you can come to collect it.
For the collection of your order, you must present a valid ID and the confirmation e-mail that the order is available in the store.
